Role purpose
Deliver Konnect Water orders quickly, accurately, hygienically, and respectfully (and handle assigned internal deliveries), while protecting customer experience, safety, stock integrity, and company assets.
Deliver Konnect Water orders accurately and on time (right customer, right quantity, right condition).
Support assigned internal deliveries (e.g., staff meals) according to schedule and instructions.
Communicate with customers professionally: confirm delivery details, manage delays, and address immediate delivery questions on the ground; escalate complex issues to the Team Leader promptly.
Maintain hygiene and careful handling of water bottles to prevent contamination and damage.
Operate and care for the assigned motorbike responsibly: perform daily pre-ride safety checks (e.g., tires, brakes, lights), maintain cleanliness, and report faults or incidents immediately.
Complete all required delivery documentation (e.g., proof of delivery, call logs, issue logs) accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
Escalate exceptions promptly (e.g., unreachable customers, stock mismatches, route constraints) to enable dispatch/support decisions.
Verify payment status through approved digital channels and complete related delivery documentation with strict integrity (riders do not collect cash), following all company procedures.
Collect and relay customer feedback and recurring issues to support service improvement.
Comply with all safety requirements and traffic regulations; always prioritize safe riding.
